Salary / Fee Structure

This is not a regular salary-based government recruitment.

Empanelled Advocates are paid according to the fee schedule prescribed by ESIC vide OM dated 25 March 2026. No retainer fee is payable merely because an Advocate is included on the panel.

The empanelment ordinarily remains in force for three years, subject to the terms and conditions of ESIC.
