The examination will generally be conducted in three shifts:

The recruitment includes 2,085 permanent vacancies across cooperative banks, federations and other institutions under UPCISB.

UPCISB Age Limit

The prescribed age limit was:

• Minimum Age: 21 years

• Maximum Age: 40 years

• Age calculated as on 1 January 2026

• Age relaxation is applicable to eligible reserved categories as per the rules mentioned in the notification.

UPCISB Selection Process

The UPCISB recruitment process is based on the requirements of the respective post.

The notification provides for:

1. Online Written Examination

2. Preliminary Examination, where applicable

3. Main Examination

4. Interview, wherever required

5. Proficiency/Skill Test, wherever required

7. Final selection as per applicable recruitment rules

The preliminary examination, where conducted, consists of 100 questions for 100 marks and 90 minutes. The Main Examination consists of 120 questions for 200 marks with a duration of 120 minutes.

There is negative marking of 25% of the marks assigned to a question for each wrong answer.
