KSRP Police Constable	2314	Candidates must be Indian citizens. For Kalyana Karnataka local cadre posts (KSRP, KSISF, IRB), candidates must possess a valid local candidature certificate as per the Karnataka Public Employment (Reservation for Local Candidates in Hyderabad-Karnataka Region) Rules, 2013, issued under Article 371(J) of the Constitution. A woman candidate who has more than one living spouse, or a male candidate married to a woman who already has a living husband, is not eligible unless prior permission has been obtained from the Government. Candidates must be mentally and physically fit and free from any defect that could interfere with the efficient performance of duties. Class 12 examination conducted by the CBSE or ICSE boards. Class 12 examination conducted by the education boards of other state governments. Higher secondary education courses/certificates conducted through the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS). A one-year vocational/ITI course after SSLC combined with a pass in one PUC subject through NIOS, provided the candidate has passed at least one language subject and one technical/vocational subject (as detailed in the official notification).
