Any transaction/processing fee charged by the bank is payable by the applicant, in addition to the application fee.
The application fee, once remitted, is non-refundable under any circumstances - including if the application is rejected or the notification is cancelled.
Applications submitted without payment of the prescribed fee will be summarily rejected.

Route 2: Intermediate examination or an equivalent qualification, and a General Nursing Course of three years' duration plus Midwifery training of six months' duration from an institution recognized by the Nursing Council of India, plus three years of experience in a Medical College/tertiary care hospital, and registration with the Andhra Pradesh Nursing Council.
