WBPSC English Stenographer Recruitment 2026 (266 Posts)

The Public Service Commission, West Bengal (WBPSC), has released Advertisement No. 04/2025 for 266 English Stenographer (Basic Grade) vacancies under Schedule A and Schedule B.

Candidates must have passed Madhyamik or an equivalent examination and possess the prescribed computer typing skills.

Eligible applicants can apply online from 18/10/2026 to 07/11/2026, up to 3:30 PM.

The posts carry Pay Level 9, with a salary ranging from Rs. 28,900 to Rs. 74,500.

The examination is tentatively scheduled for December 2026 in Kolkata.
