Educational Qualification

Salary / Pay Scale

The selected Local Bank Officers will be appointed in JMG/S-I.

The basic pay scale mentioned in the notification is:

Rs 48,480 – Rs 2,000 – Rs 62,480 – Rs 2,340 – Rs 67,160 –Rs 2,680 – Rs 85,920

Selected candidates will also receive applicable allowances, benefits and other emoluments as per Bank policies and applicable banking-sector settlements. Candidates with one year or more of officer experience in a Scheduled Commercial Bank will receive one advance increment.

The probation period is 12 months. A service bond is also applicable, with the current requirement being three years of service or payment of an amount equivalent to three months' gross salary, subject to a maximum of ?2 lakh, in case of early exit.
