Experience Requirement: Degree holders need 3 years' relevant experience; Diploma holders need 5 years' relevant experience (post-specific, IDA/CDA/Infra industry criteria applicable).
Domicile Requirement: Candidates must be residents of Maharashtra State and possess a valid domicile certificate issued by the Competent Authority.
MAHA Metro Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be based on the following stages:
- Written Test: 70 Marks (General Aptitude & Domain Knowledge)
- Interview: 30 Marks (Experience, Educational Qualification & Domain Knowledge)
- Oral Aptitude Test: Conducted in place of Interview for MTS/Attendant posts
- Medical Examination: Final stage before appointment
MAHA Metro Recruitment 2026: Salary / Pay Scale
Selected candidates will be placed on IDA (Industry Dearness Allowance) pay scales ranging from Rs. 14,000–40,000 to Rs. 33,000–1,00,000, depending on the post. Appointment will be on a contract basis for three years.
