RCFL Apprentice Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum percentage of marks required: 50% for all categories (5% relaxation for SC/ST/PwBD in final selection criteria).
• Qualification must be from a recognized University/Institute as a regular full-time course; Distance Learning, Part-Time, or Correspondence mode candidates are not eligible.
• Allied branches of Diploma in Engineering are not acceptable.
• Candidates who have completed Act Apprentice training or have 1+ year job experience, or are pursuing higher studies, are not eligible.
• Passing certificate/final year mark sheet date must be on or after 01.07.2023.
• B.Sc with Chemistry, Physics & Mathematics (Chemistry major) candidates are eligible only for Attendant Operator and Laboratory Assistant (Chemical Plant) trades.
• B.Sc with Chemistry, Physics & Mathematics (Physics major) candidates are eligible only for Instrument Mechanic (Chemical Plant) trade.
• Candidates with Biology (Zoology or Botany only) in graduation may apply for Secretarial Assistant or Recruitment Executive (HR) under Graduate Apprentice.
• Candidates must apply for only ONE discipline/trade; multiple applications will lead to rejection of all applications.

RCFL Apprentice Selection Process

As per official notification, selection will be based on:

• A merit list drawn as per percentage criteria and applicable reservation in the prescribed essential qualification (CGPA/CPI converted to equivalent percentage as per university norms).
• Shortlisted candidates from the merit list called for Document Verification.
• Appointment as Apprentice Trainee only after successful document verification and approval of the Apprenticeship Contract on NATS/NAPS portal.
• In case of tie in merit marks, higher qualification or higher marks in preceding qualification decides the rank.

4. Read the full advertisement, instructions, and terms & conditions carefully.
5. Click "I Accept" and then "Apply Online" to fill the application form.
6. Choose the posting area — Trombay or Thal (non-changeable once selected).
7. Upload scanned passport-size color photo (max 75 KB, jpg/jpeg) and signature (max 25 KB, jpg/jpeg).
8. Click "Save/Submit" to submit the filled application.
