The category-wise distribution includes SC, ST, OBC, EWS and UR vacancies, with one horizontal PwBD/VI vacancy under each post.
Educational Qualification
For both grades, candidates must have:
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university/institution.
- Certification in Forex Operations from IIBF, dated on or before 31 July 2026.
- Relevant post-qualification experience in Trade Finance.
For JMGS-I, candidates need at least 1 year of experience in Trade Finance processing and operations in an Officer/Official role in a scheduled commercial bank, preferably in a maker role.
For MMGS-II, candidates need at least 3 years of Trade Finance processing experience in an Officer/Official role in a scheduled commercial bank.

SBI Trade Finance Officer Job Profile
The JMGS-I officer will mainly work in a Maker role, including trade transaction data entry, document scrutiny, uploading documents and screening-related processes.
The MMGS-II officer will work in a Checker role, including transaction verification, document checking, sanctions/AML screening and regulatory compliance.

2. Interview
The interview carries 100 marks. The qualifying marks will be decided by SBI.
3. Final Merit List
The final merit list will be prepared in descending order based on interview marks only.
