ESIC Indore Recruitment 2026 (Walkin for 89 Professor, Senior Resident and More Posts)

Overview

The Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Indore, has released the ESIC Indore Recruitment 2026 notification on 07 September 2026 for 89 provisional contractual vacancies. The recruitment includes Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, and Senior Resident posts, and appointments will be made as per the National Medical Commission (NMC) guidelines on a contract basis.

The recruitment will be conducted through a rolling walk-in interview, with applications being accepted every month as per the notified schedule. The current recruitment cycle is scheduled for 18 September 2026, with document verification and registration from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by the walk-in interview from 11:00 AM onwards at ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Indore.

Candidates up to 69 years of age for Teaching Faculty posts and up to 45 years for Senior Resident posts, who possess the prescribed MBBS, MD/MS/DNB, postgraduate medical qualifications, registration, and experience as required under NMC norms, are eligible to participate in the recruitment process.

Selected candidates will receive the applicable ESIC contractual remuneration, along with admissible allowances as per Corporation rules. Since this is a rolling recruitment, eligible candidates who are unable to attend the current interview cycle may participate in subsequent notified interview dates, subject to the availability of vacancies.

Candidates should carefully check the post-wise vacancies, educational qualification, age limit before attending the interview.

Important Dates

Publication of vacancy details on the institute website : 1st to 7th of every month
Receipt of applications via email/offline : Up to 15th of every month (or next working day if the 15th is a holiday)
Date for eligibility of qualifying degree/experience : 15th of every month
Last date for original documents to reach the Dean's office : 17th of every month (before the interview date)
Walk-in Interview : 18th of every month (or next working day if the 18th is a holiday), 11:00 AM onwards

Application Fee

₹500 for general category candidates, payable via Demand Draft in favour of "ESI Fund A/c No.-1" at Indore.
SC/ST/ESIC regular employees/Defence Ex-servicemen/PwD candidates are : exempted from the fee.

Age Limit

Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor Not exceeding : 69 years
Senior Resident Not exceeding : 45 years
