Overview

The Department of Health, Medical Education & Family Welfare, Government of Jharkhand, through the Jharkhand Rural Health Mission Society (JRHMS) under the National Health Mission (NHM), has released the NHM Jharkhand Recruitment 2026 notification for 51 contractual vacancies in Accounts and Management positions at the State, District, and Block levels across Jharkhand. The recruitment is being conducted under the Career Opportunity notice dated 12 August 2026 for engagement on a contract basis.

The recruitment includes Chartered Accountant, State Finance Manager (RCH), State Accounts Manager, District Accounts Manager, and Block Accounts Manager posts. Chartered Accountant	01	Professional Qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI, New Delhi. At least 2 years of post-qualification practice, or employed as a Chartered Accountant in a reputed firm/organization for a minimum of 2 years.
State Finance Manager-RCH	01	Inter Chartered Accountant/MBA (Finance)/Inter ICWA/Masters in Commerce/CFA, with a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification related work experience, and good working skills on computer and financial software.
State Accounts Manager	01	Inter CA/Inter ICWA/M.Com with knowledge of Tally software, minimum 8 years post-qualification related work experience, and working skills on computer and financial software.
State Accounts Officer-Urban	01	Inter CA/Inter ICWA/M.Com/MBA in Finance with Tally knowledge, minimum 3 years post-qualification relevant work experience (preferably in the government sector), and good working skills on computer and financial software (Tally). Fluency in English and Hindi is desirable.
Accounts Officer/State Accountant-NTEP	01	MBA in Finance or Financial Management or Accounts, with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in Audit/Maintenance of accounts on double entry system in a recognized Society or Institution.
Executive Assistant-Accounts-RCH	02	Masters/Post Graduate Degree in Commerce from a recognized University/College with minimum 55% aggregate marks or equivalent grade. Minimum 3 years of post-qualification work experience as an accountant in a reputed organization, preferably government. Good computer/Tally skills, fluency in English and Hindi, and knowledge of Government accounting procedures required.
District Accounts Manager	05	Inter CA/Inter ICWA/M.Com with working knowledge of computer and accounting software (Tally). Minimum 3 years of post-qualification work experience in the relevant field in a reputed organization.
Accounts Assistant-District-RCH	06	M.Com with minimum 55% marks. Minimum 3 years post-qualification related work experience as accountant in a reputed organization, preferably in health. Computer/Tally skills, fluency in English/Hindi, and knowledge of Government accounting procedures required.
Block Accounts Manager	33	Inter CA/Inter ICWA/B.Com. Minimum 3 years post-qualification work experience in the relevant field, with working skills on computer and financial software.
