District Panchayat Bastar Gram Panchayat Secretary Recruitment 2026 (70 Posts)
Overview
District Panchayat Bastar has announced 70 vacancies for the Gram Panchayat Secretary post.
 
Selected candidates will undergo a probation period of 3 years, which may be extended up to 5 years. The notified pay scale is Rs. 3,500–10,000, plus Grade Pay of Rs. 1,100.
 
Applicants must be native residents of Bastar district and belong to the seven development blocks covered by the recruitment.
 
Eligible candidates can apply offline by sending their completed applications through registered post or speed post to the Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat Bastar, Jagdalpur. Applications must reach the designated office on or before 16/11/2026.
 
The selection process considers weightage for Higher Secondary marks, higher educational qualifications, computer skill test marks and experience as an employment assistant.
