IREL Tradesman Trainee Recruitment 2026 (131 Posts)
Overview
IREL (India) Limited, a Miniratna Category-I Government of India undertaking under the Department of Atomic Energy, has announced 131 Tradesman Trainee vacancies under Advertisement No. CO/HRM/36/2026.
 
The recruitment covers the Fitter, Electrician, Instrumentation and Attendant Operator Chemical Plant (AOCP) trades.
 
Candidates with the prescribed ITI/NAC or alternative qualifications, along with two years of relevant experience, can apply online from 19/10/2026 to 09/11/2026.
 
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated stipend of Rs. 34,200 per month during the one-year training period.

  • 2 years in the Fitter trade or discipline in a reputed industrial establishment, including eligible on-the-job or apprenticeship training.
Tradesman Trainee (Electrician) 12
  • ITI / NAC in Electrician trade and a valid statutory licence.
  • 2 years in the Electrician trade or discipline in a reputed industrial establishment, including eligible on-the-job or apprenticeship training.
Tradesman Trainee (Instrumentation) 06
  • ITI / NAC in Instrumentation trade.
  • 2 years in the Instrumentation trade or discipline in a reputed industrial establishment, including eligible on-the-job or apprenticeship training.
Tradesman Trainee (Attendant Operator Chemical Plant) 20
  • ITI / NAC in Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant) OR 10+2 Science (Intermediate/Higher Secondary) with Chemistry as one of the subjects and at least 50% aggregate marks.
  • 2 years in the operation of chemical and allied process industries, including eligible apprenticeship training.
