MPHC Recruitment 2026 (Stenographer Grade II/III, Assistant 418 Posts)

Madhya Pradesh High Court, Jabalpur (MPHC) has released a notification for direct recruitment/appointment to vacant posts of Stenographer Grade-II, Stenographer Grade-III, Stenographer Grade-III (Court Manager Staff) and Assistant Grade-III (English Knowing) in the establishments of District and Sessions Courts of the State of Madhya Pradesh.

The notification mentions a total of 418 vacancies across these posts.

Application Fee

The MPHC Stenographer application fee is ₹943.40/- for Unreserved candidates and candidates from outside Madhya Pradesh.
Rs. 743.40/- for OBC, SC, ST and EWS candidates (only original residents of M.P.) and all disabled candidates.

Age Limit

The minimum age limit is 18 years.
The maximum age limit is 40 years as on 01-01-2026, with admissible age relaxations provided for reserved categories and female applicants.

One year diploma course passed in Computer Application from an Institution recognized by the M.P. Government.
Stenographer Grade-III	299	Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University. C.P.C.T. Score card exam passed from M.P. Agency for promotion of Information Technology (MAP-IT) or any other Agency/Institution recognized by the M.P. Government. Hindi shorthand exam passed with a speed of 80 W.P.M. from a Board/Institution recognized by the M.P. Government. One year diploma course passed in Computer Application from an Institution recognized by the M.P. Government.
Stenographer Grade-III (Court Manager Staff)	20	Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University. C.P.C.T. Score card exam passed from M.P. Agency for promotion of Information Technology (MAP-IT) or any other Agency/Institution recognized by the M.P. Government. Hindi shorthand exam passed with a speed of 80 W.P.M. from a Board/Institution recognized by the M.P. Government. One year diploma course passed in Computer Application from an Institution recognized by the M.P. Government.
Assistant Grade-III (English Knowing)	30	Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University. C.P.C.T. Score card exam passed from M.P. Agency for promotion of Information Technology (MAP-IT) or any other Agency/Institution recognized by the M.P. Government. English shorthand exam passed with a speed of 80 W.P.M. from a Board/Institution recognized by the M.P. Government.
