Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Minimum Matric pass; Good knowledge of writing English and Hindi; Permanent resident of Lakhisarai district
• Age limit: Above 21 years (as on 21 November 2026)

Other conditions:

• Must be a permanent resident of Lakhisarai district
• Good knowledge of writing English and Hindi
• Retired employees, SHG workers, Anganwadi Sevika, NGO workers, students, teachers, doctors and senior citizens of Lakhisarai district may apply
• Men and women interested in working without financial gain for weaker and deprived sections may apply
• Previously selected PLVs (except advocates) may apply

Pay and Terms of Engagement

• Tenure of one year; tenure may be extended
• Selection is not appointment to a government job
• PLVs work voluntarily without any profit
