Other conditions:

• Candidates working in Govt./Autonomous/Statutory institutions should preferably bring an NOC, or a copy of 'applied for NOC', at the interview.
• No private practice is allowed in any capacity after joining.
• Retired/Working Professor may apply to vacant post of Associate Professor; salary as per the scale of Professor.

Pay and Terms of Engagement

Monthly pay is paid according to data in the Biometric Attendance System for attendance marked by the person.

• Tenure 01 (One) year OR attainment of 70 years of age, whichever is earlier.
• Engagement may be terminated from either side with one-month prior notice without assigning reason.
• On spot resignation, one month's salary is to be deposited to ESIC Account through Challan.
• No claim for PF, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Allowance/Benefits, Seniority, Promotion etc.
• Absence beyond 07 days without permission amounts to voluntary abandonment and automatic termination.
• Attendance to be marked manually and on AEBAS daily; monthly pay as per Biometric Attendance System data.

How Will ESIC MCH Bihta Select Candidates?

• Academic credentials
• Interview before the Selection Board
• Selection is on the basis of acquired academic credentials and performance in interview before the Selection Board.
• Result will be displayed on www.mcpatna.esic.gov.in and www.esic.gov.in; offer of appointment will be sent by email.

• Admit Card / certificate of Class 10th for date of birth
• All marks sheets, attempt and degree certificate of MBBS
• Valid EWS/OBC/EBC/SC/ST certificate in Central Govt. job format, when applicable
• State/NMC Medical Registration Certificate (updated)
• Experience certificate and proof of publication(s)
• Relieving certificate from previous employer, if applicable
• Aadhaar Card
• Completion certificate of ICMR/NMC conducted Bio-medical research examination, if any

How to Apply for ESIC MCH Bihta Recruitment 2026 by Email

1. Prepare the application in the prescribed format, separately for each post, with self-attested copies of the listed documents.
2. Email the scanned copy of the application form with supporting documents to dean-bihta.bh@esic.gov.in by 12:00 Noon of 18.11.2026.
3. On the date of interview submit the original application form, supporting documents and the original Demand Draft (interview fee, if applicable) to The Dean, ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Bihta, Patna- 801103.
4. Report for the offline interview on the scheduled date and time with the required documents.
